Wine Review: This wine is consistently one of the very good values on the market. It is light straw colored and opens with a pleasant papaya like bouquet with hints of green apple and mild pineapple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lemon with notes of white pepper, green apple and Anjou pear. The finish is dry and its flavors settle in nicely. The panel suggested pairing this wine with shrimp scampi or scallops with Stuart’s Brussel sprouts. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A youthful fresh wine with quince and pear drop flavours. Earlier picked freshness shows on palate with crunchy green apple and grapefruit flavours. Good mouthfeel and appetizingly tangy finish. Style: Fresh and Fruity
