Wine Review: It has been a while since I have covered this very nice value Chenin. It is pale yellow colored wine that opens with a mild lime and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and well balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild green apple with notes of gentle minerality and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. I would pair this quaffer with steamed clams and drawn butter at the clambake this summer. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Perfect everyday drinking wine. A youthful fresh wine with quince and pear drop flavours. Earlier picked freshness shows on palate with crunchy green apple and grapefruit flavours. Good mouthfeel and appetisingly tangy finish. Hand harvested, fermented cool, bottled early to show the freshest fruit flavours. Should last half an hour with the cap off and reach for the next bottle!
