Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay from Kelleher opens with a lemon-lime bouquet with hints of pineapple and green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a toasted sour dough bread and pineapple blend with notes of nutmeg and green apple. I also detected some hints of hazelnut mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavor drift away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with Chicken Francese. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2017 Kelleher "Three Sisters" Chardonnay is non-malolactic and offers beautifully complex flavors and aromas of green apple skin, honeysuckle and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is plush with a fresh acidity that gives this wine a harmonious balance. Enjoy now and over the next four years.
