Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Kelleher opens with a black currant and wet stone bouquet with hints of blackberry and faint mint. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, lush, smooth, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is stewed plum and mulberry blend with notes cinnamon and chai tea. We also detected some hints of black olive. The finish is dry and its refined tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would sip this Cab with a cigar by the firepit. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: We will be donating proceeds from the sale of Bari's Vineyard to various non-profits that are working hard to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, also know as Juvenile Diabetes. In our family we have three children who were diagnosed from the ages of 1 to 8 years old so we the issue is incredibly important to our entire family.
