Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose made from Pinotage opens with a wet stone bouquet with hints of tangerine and red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral influenced mild strawberry with hints of red raspberry, tangerine and faint blueberry towards the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this crowd pleasing Rose slightly chilled with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
