Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinotage red blend opens with a fragrant red raspberry, oak and craisin bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, juicy and rustic. The flavor profile is an oak influenced red plum with notes of espresso. I also detected hints of red cherry and faint mineralty towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins linger nicely. This wine will appeal to South African fans. It is hearty and affordable. I would pair it with beef stew. Enjoy – Ken
