Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark ruby colored wine opens with a mild oak infused black cherry and red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a pleasant smoky oak infused gentle black currant. The finish is quite dry and its building oak tannins linger nicely. This wine is a Very Good Angus bacon burger wine. Enjoy - Ken
