Wine Review: This coral colored wine from Justin is a nice summer option. It opens with an apple and strawberry bouquet with a hint of red currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced watermelon and mild strawberry blend with notes of lime. I also detected hints of red currant and red raspberry tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with fried calamari with a sun-dried tomato aioli. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Bright and clear with a pale salmon color.
Aroma: Aromatic with red berry, apple, chamomile and floral notes.
Palate: Medium bodied with muted strawberry and raspberry and red apple fruit on entry with lemon and chamomile flower on the mid-palate. The finish is fresh and textured with lingering red fruit and herbal notes.
