Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark purple colored Cab based blend sourced from Beckstoffer Vineyards is ready to drink right now. It opens with a very fragrant black currant and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe black raspberry with a touch of integrated old oak and dark chocolate covered cherries. The finish is dry and its moderate well managed tannins linger nicely. This wine would go well with venison stew. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Flavors and Aromatics: Black cherry, cedar, lavender, and vanilla. Palate and Finish: Round, medium-bodied, soft fine-grain tannins, smooth but lively finish of medium-length.
