Wine Review: This medium purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an attractive blueberry and black cherry bouquet. with hints of black currant and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and little juicy. The flavor profile is black cherry and graphite blend with notes of black plum and oolong tea. We also detected some hints of oak and blackberry. The finish is dry, and its moderate dusty tannins are nicely extended. This wine evolves nicely with some aeration. Give it a good swirl or decant it before pairing it with a New York strip steak with a blue cheese and garlic compound butter or with a pot roast. Enjoy! – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with inviting violet, dark fruit, tobacco, subtle baking spice and earthy dried herb aromatics. The palate is filled with expressive black cherry, blackberry and dark plum, hints of spice box and sweet vanilla bean. A focused, concentrated wine with youthful energy and freshness nimbly balanced by supple tannin structure and finesse.
