Wine Review: This dark red and slightly cloudy Pinot Noir from Joseph Phelps opens with a musty raspberry and new leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is an extracted red plum and mineral blend with notes of black tea, oak and a touch of blackberry. The finish is dry and its flavors last for quite some time. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with duck confit. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2015 Pinot Noir opens with concentrated red fruit, floral notes and citrus peel followed by tangy spice, Bing cherry, juicy dark raspberry and dried herbs.
