Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a musty Anjou pear like bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, creamy, and savory. The flavor profile is a mild oak infused pear with hints of lemon, pineapple and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This Chard is light enough to pair with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pear, quince, lemon zest, flint, hazelnut, peach, wet stone and honeydew melon. Stone fruit; peach and apricot on the palate that lead into a finish of pear, toffee and almonds. - Aaron Pott
