Wine Review: This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasant green melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied. The flavor profile is lime with a touch of mineral and thyme. The finish is dry and refreshing. This European styled wine would pair nicely with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc displays delicious honeydew melon aromas, followed by bright lemon zest and a hint of thyme. A ripemouthfeel is enhanced withmoremelon and refreshing citrus notes. The wine is wonderfully well-centered and well-balanced by crisp acidity. Very limited, less than 1,200 cases bottled.
