Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a light oak and creme brulee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a lemon and vanilla bean blend with notes of nicely integrated oak. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Serve this wine cool to experience maximum enjoyment. Cheers - Ken
Winemaker Notes: My first impression is the scent of crème brulee, lemon zest and vanilla, followed by citrus blossoms and pineapple. All of the aromatics are complex and compelling. The flavors reflect the aforementioned bouquets and are surrounded by bracing minerality and acidity that provide structure and balance.
