Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with an attractive mild apricot bouquet with mild hints of banana. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is tropical fruit with hints of Bartlett pear. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This is a nice summer Chard to have with honeydew melon wrapped in proscuitto. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Ripe citrus summer fruit, peach, pear, aligned with a touch of vanilla and smoke, partially barrel fermented. This classic Sonoma County Chardonnay offers inviting stone fruit aromas, accented by notes of tropical fruit. The well-balanced acidity supports a core of pear and sweet melon and complements a creamy texture. The wine has a clean, refreshing finish.
