Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Grenache based blend from Spain opens with a mild strawberry and black plum bouquet with hints of balsamic. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild plum with notes of gentle oak and minerality. We also detected hints of strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors or gentle tannins subtly fade away. This entry level wine is food friendly and pleasant. We would pair this very approachable wine with a juicy burger or paella. Enjoy – Ken, Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: Soaring with aromas of red berries and macerated cherries, a thrilling expression of Grenache and Carignane that personifies its name, "The feeling of flying". The fruit pops with structure on a lively mouthfeel, with subtle tannin and nuances of rosemary, violets, and tar.
