Wine Review: This rustic red blend from Montsant, Spain is a pretty translucent medium ruby. It has a nose of blackberry, wet gravel, green herbs and cigar box. On the palate it is young, medium bodied, dry and tart and with medium acidity. Let it open up for 15 minutes to fully enjoy its flavors of red plum, spice and rhubarb. There are some fine dusty tannins in the moderate length finish. This would go nicely with a Five Guys bacon cheese burger! – Mark
Winemaker Notes: Soaring with aromas of red berries and macerated cherries, a thrilling expression of Garnacha and Samso (Carinena) that personifies its name, "The feeling of flying". The fruit pops with structure on a lively mouthfeel, with subtle tannin and nuances of rosemary, violets, and tar.
