Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay from Jordan opens with a Meyer lemon and wet granite bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is lime and stony minerality blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of grilled pineapple and a touch of lemon in the mix. The finish is dry, and its flavors are quite refreshing for a Chard. The Tasting Panel would pair Chard with a garlic and herb butter roast chicken or with chicken picatta. Enjoy – KWGTP
