Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Jordan opens with a black cherry bouquet with a hint cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and approachable. The flavor profile is a black cherry and plum blend with notes of mild minerality. The finish is dry and its mild tannins fade away. I would pair this Cab with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pure elegance in a glass. Aromas of black cherries, pomegranate, dried cranberries and a hint of graphite channel classic Bordeaux. Its lovely, silky texture coats the palate with layers of black cherries and a touch of cedar from French oak’s fine tannins. From beginning to end, the balance carries all the way through. Enjoy now after decanting for 60 minutes or cellar through 2029-2034.
