Wine Review: This pale garnet colored wine made from New Jersey blueberries comes in a cool blue bottle. It opens with a blueberry bouquet with a hint of strawberry and cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is ripe blueberry juice with notes of pomegranate and a hint of cranberry. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger nicely. If you love blueberries, the way I do, you will really enjoy this wine. We would serve it slightly cool and enjoy it at the shore this summer with a hunk Wensleydale cheese. Enjoy – Ken, Karen and Stuart
