Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored red blend from Australia opens from with fragrant and attractive boysenberry bouquet with hints of Dr. Pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and silky smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black raspberry and red plum blend with notes of faint oak and red licorice. The finish is dry and its well managed moderate tannins and flavors linger nicely. This wine would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Crimson purple-red. Nose: An array of red and black berry aromatics, wild berries and cassis. Palate: Generous, with soft texture and fine tannins. Flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of asian spice and Christmas cake.
