Wine Review: This dark ruby red blend opens with a very fragrant red and black currant bouquet with a hint of red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very juicy and succulent. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry with notes of oak, dark chocolate and black cherry liquor. The finish is dry and its bold fruit flavors linger for a while after the wine is gone. This fruit bomb would be perfect on the lake at night by the campfire. Enjoy with barbecue ribs or S'mores. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Deep crimson purple‐red. Nose: Fragrant, with some spice. Complex aromatics, combining red and dark fruits with savoury notes. Palate: A generous palate mix of black and red fruits. The palate is framed by youthful fine tannins and subtle savoury French oak adds to the structure and complexity.
