Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored Shiraz opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet with hints of coffee, toasted marshmallow and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a juicy black cherry with notes of red plum. We also detected hints of coffee, caramel, and mild oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift away nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with pork tenderloin or an antipasti platter. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Deep ruby purple Nose: Lifted expressive blackberry, plum and blueberry fruit with hints of cedar and cloves. Palate: Youthful structure with good texture and mouthful. A core of blackfruit is supported by fine tannins and savoury oak.
