Wine Review: This pale yellow colored dry-styled Riesling opens with a Bosc pear and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of Bosc pear, minerality and white pepper. The finish remains dry and crisp while its flavors and acidity linger for a while after the wine is gone. This lively Riesling would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Charta wines are made from selectively picked Riesling grapes to meet the very high standard of the Charta vintners. These fruity wines have an elegant acidity and match perfect with food.
