Wine Review: This is an easy drinking, dry-styled Australian Riesling, which is pale straw colored. It has aromas of lemon, talc, orange peel, light florals and a subtle hint of petrol. On the palate, it is light bodied with high acidity and is crisp and elegant, with flavors of lemon-lime, grapefruit, gentle oak, stony minerality and peach pit. The extended finish is dry with crushed gravel notes. I think this Riesling would age well with the amount of acidity it has. It would go well with shrimp Pad Thai. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: This wine displays a straw color in the glass. Aromas of citrus rind and brown lime, with a hint of rock melon and floral notes. On the palate, there is great citrus drive, with lemon and lime zest and grapefruit flavors. A firm but fleshy line with a long finish of white florals and wet stone. A mouthwatering, classic Watervale Riesling.
