Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from down under opens with a moist pipe tobacco and red cherry candy bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and very juicy. The flavor profile is a mild graphite influenced black plum with notes of cranberry, anise and cedar. I also detected hints of bay leaf towards the very end. The finish is dry and mild tannins and flavors drift away nicely. This Cab would pair well with steak fajitas. Enjoy - Ken
