Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Italy is unique. It opens with a grapefruit and cut grass bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a juicy grapefruit and ripe lime with notes of stone fruit and hint of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc was well like by all that tried it. It would pair well with a Waldorf salad with chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Sauvignon from Sauvignon grapes vinified as a white wine. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with light greenish highlights. Its aroma is intense, persistent, and fruity with a pleasant hint of elderflower. Its taste is full and dry, elegant and balanced. It is paired with shellfish in general. Especially seafood risotto and white fish in sauce.
