Wine Review: This Rose is a medium salmon pink color and shows ripe strawberry, honeydew melon, ruby grapefruit, light orange blossom and wet gravel in the bouquet. It has medium-minus body and zesty medium-plus acidity and is smooth and dry with subtle fruit. It has flavors of lime, ruby grapefruit and mild oak. There are also some grassy notes and hints of crushed stone. The finish is dry and moderate in length. It would go nicely with melon, prosciutto and mozzarella skewers. - Mark
