Wine Review: This splendid Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a clear deep ruby color and shows toasted pecans, leather, green pepper and dark berry in the bouquet. I found it to be full bodied with medium-plus acidity. It is also dense, juicy and layered. There are flavors of black cherry, black currant, coffee and black tea, along with some hints of black olive and clove. There are firm tannins in the moderate finish along with some gentle heat. Grill up some steak tips to go along with this Cab. - Mark
