Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Jeff Gordon was well received by the panel. It opens with a mild cherry-cola bouquet with hints of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a red plum with notes of black cherry. The panel also detected hints of pomegranate, toasty oak and coffee. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. The panel suggested pairing and this pleasant Pinot with cherry amaretto chicken or wild boar ragu over fettuccini. Enjoy
