Wine Review: This yellow colored wine opens with a ripe Bartlett pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very viscous. The flavor profile is a tasty Bartlett pear with notes of apple, honey, and vanilla oak towards the end. The finish is dry, slightly tingly, and its fruit flavors linger nicely. Serve this cool to let its flavors shine. It is a nice sipper to sever with Quiche Lorraine tart appetizers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light straw colored. Floral and fruity bouquet. Taste is complex, crisp and well-balanced. A food-friendly wine which perfectly matches grilled lamb, pork and assorted cheeses.
