Wine Review: This brisk and juicy, pale salmon colored Provence Rosé is made from 67% Syrah and 33% Mourvédre. It has gentle aromas red cherry, cantaloupe, tangerine, wet granite, and lilacs. On the palate there's a supple, textured mouthfeel, good balance, and medium body with medium-plus acidity. There are flavors of white peach, tangerine, red raspberry, saline and white tea. The mineral driven finish is crisp and dry and lingers for quite a while. Serve lightly chilled with tuna niçoise salad. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: A classic pale pink color. The wine reveals strawberry, Bing cherry and raspberry accented by subtle herbaceous notes and classic watermelon. The wine is full bodied with a long finish due to the phenolic development.
