Wine Review: This fresh and lively white blend of Roussanne and Marsanne from the South of France is a medium yellow color, and has a bouquet of quince, sweet white florals, Meyer lemon, beeswax, and passionfruit. Rich and round on the palate, it is dry, medium bodied, slightly viscous, moderately acidic, and balanced. I found flavors of honeyed pear, yellow peach, lemon, and wet stone along with hints of fresh apricot and almond. The finish is refreshing and lingers for a while. Take a bottle along with a picnic of creamy Camembert, country pate, and a crusty baguette. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: A delicate wine that evokes the beginning of spring. Aromas of hawthorn and linden tree as well as notes of quince and citrus. Full bodied with mineral tones and a long finish.
