Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine opens with a Maraschino cherry and grenadine like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a tangerine and Maraschino cherry blend with hints of lime, mild minerality and a touch of ripe green melon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair well with cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Soft, delicate salmon pink. On the nose, it displays subtle hints of peach, rose petal, watermelon, and tropical fruit. The palate, is dry, round and full of finesse with notes of fresh berries. A great rose to enjoy on its own or with a wide range of appetizers, fish, poultry dishes and vegetarian fare.
