Wine Review: This pale straw colored "Grand Cru" level Riesling from Alsace is a very impressive. It opens with an Anjou pear bouquet with a hint of kerosene. On the palate, this wine this wine is light bodied, balanced, mouthwatering and semi-dry. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon-lime with nicely integrated mild minerality with hints of ginger and touch peach pit. The finish remains off-dry and shows very nice length. Everyone that tried this at Jeoff's holiday party loved it. We suggested pairing it with pan-seared scallops. Enjoy - Ken
