Wine Review: Made from the Furmint grape (called Pusipel in Croatia), this golden yellow colored wine is very lovely. On the nose there are green apple, white floral, and sea breeze aromas with a bit of pineapple. On the palate, it is light bodied with high acidity, and is dry, clean, and crisp. There are flavors of Meyer lemon, green apple, crushed stone, ginger, and a hint of celery. The finish is tart and quite long. Serve with fried pork cutlets with a lemon dill cream sauce. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: A light and lively wine. It has a nice and clear yellowish-green hue. Aromatic with apple and pear being dominant, followed by plenty of citrus fruits with a slight hint of flowers. The acidity is lively and refreshing. The aftertaste is perhaps the most beautiful part of its taste. It is extremely fruity, with a certain delectability.
