Wine Review: A collaboration between Ehren Jordan (Turley and Failla) and Jacob's Creek that is overlooked due to the current Australian wine market. This Chardonnay captures Australia's ability to produce noteworthy wines at a bargain like few can. Mr. Jordan lends his capable hands in this and it is noticed in the way the wine opens up with beautifully, rich tropical fruits and ends with mouth-watering, but well-harnessed acidity. - Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: Color: Vibrant straw hue with green tints. Bouquet: White peach and melon varietal aromas with an attractive creamy nutty and toasty character. Palate: A vibrant, generous Chardonnay with ripe melon and white peach flavors, cut through with zesty citrus notes. Serving Suggestion: Smoked chicken with a hazelnut and quinoa salad.
