Wine Review: Golden yellow color. Buttery, oaky nose with a hint of apricot, green apple and tropical fruit. Simple, medium bodied, straight-forward easy sipper. Not complex but a pleasantly lingering finish with notes of light oak, light butter and a hint of citrus on the palate. Would serve this with a baked haddock topped with buttered, browned bread crumbs. – Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: Color: Vibrant straw hue with green tints Bouquet: White peach and melon varietal aromas with an attractive creamy nutty and toasty character Palate: A vibrant, generous Chardonnay with ripe melon and white peach flavors, cut through with zesty citrus notes. Excellent drinking now, and will continue to evolve over the next five to ten years. Serve with Smoked chicken with a hazelnut and quinoa salad
