Wine Review: This Cabernet Sauvignon from Southern Australia is deep purple colored and has an enticing nose of intense red raspberry, leather, cinnamon and mocha. It is bright, medium to full bodied, and dry with firm integrated tannins. The flavors are blackberry, dusty oak and a hint of mocha. The medium to long finish displays sticky tannins and spice notes that are enjoyable. Pot roast would be a great choice with this bottle. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Color: Vibrant purple red hue Bouquet: Intense blackberry plum and cassis aromas Palate: A generous, rich and silky Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of blackberry and plum Serving Suggestion: Beef tenderloin with braised mushrooms
