Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a red plum and rose petal bouquet with hints of craisin and maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, delicate and bright. The flavor profile is a red plum and mild red raspberry blend with notes of dried strawberry and vanilla. We also detected hints cinnamon, stony minerality, and nutmeg. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This Pinot would pair very nicely with tuna sashimi. Enjoy - Ken & Dave
Winemaker Notes: This sophisticated Pinot Noir is lifted with notes of dark plum, tea leaves, cinnamon, and vanilla on the nose. The palate is expressive and medium-bodied with a burst of fresh red berry fruit and cola berry. It finishes with bright acidity, balanced tannins, and a lengthy, seamless finish.
