Wine Review: This refined, pale peachy pink sparkler has lots of small bubbles and a lightly yeasty bouquet of apple, red cherry, rosemary, and chalk dust. On the palate it is very dry, brisk. The mouthfeel is balanced, medium bodied, moderately acidic and fresh. There is white peach, strawberry, stony minerality, and light cranberry flavors. The finish lasts for quite a while. Serve this "Brut Rose" chilled with a creamy risotto or a nice charcuterie board. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Our J Brut Rosé sparkles with a vibrant, pink salmon hue and inviting aromas of jasmine blossom, Kaffir lime leaf, tangerine and raspberry. The mouthfeel is creamy and delicate, with a fine, energetic mousse that tickles the tongue. The deeply nuanced palate features notes of ripe strawberry, Bing cherry, blood orange and lemon meringue, with hints of slivered almond and watermelon juice.
