Wine Review: This Sparkling Wine from J. Vineyards opens with a pear, lime, and vanilla bouquet. The initial effervescence settled into nice tiny bubbles. The mouthfeel is bright and clean. From there, this semi-dry sparkler has a juicy and pleasantly acidic open, followed by pear and lime pith flavors, and a lingering sweeter finish with a hint of honey. This Sparkler is a wonderful choice for desserts, or fruit and soft cheese-based appetizers. This well priced offering will be a crowd pleaser and will not last long. - Rick

Winemaker Notes: Our J Cuvée 20 Brut opens with nuanced aromas of toasted almond, followed by notes of Braeburn apple, dried cranberry, and ginger snap. A delicate dance of bubbles leads to a soft palate with flavors of lemon meringue pie, as the wine’s creaminess is whisked away by a lively finish.
