Wine Review: This almost clear colored Albariño from J. Dusi opens with a white grapefruit and sea breeze bouquet with hints of lemongrass and honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, zesty, crisp, and fresh. The flavor profile is white grapefruit and saline blend with notes of ginger and Anjou pear. I also detected hints of lime zest and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a long time. I would pair this Albariño with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
