Wine Review: This pale salmon colored Rosé from J. Dusi opens with a strawberry, watermelon, and white peach bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is watermelon and melon blend with notes of white peach and mango. We also detected some hints of strawberry, lime, and white tea in the mix. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would serve this Rosé with Rick’s shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The feeling I get when I walk through a midsummer farmers market, salivating over fresh samples of the season. Bright red chandler strawberries, blushing clingstone peaches, juicy sun-kissed nectarine. Though its pale rose in color and has a soft round palate, this Rosé has complexity and layers that can rival a full-bodied red wine. Its array of mid-summer fruit is complimented by its white stone mineral finish.
