Wine Review: This opaque and deep purple colored GSM blend opens with a black cherry and black raspberry bouquet with hints of oregano, raisin, and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and juicy. The flavor profile is a red plum and acai berry and with notes red currant and cinnamon. The finish is dry, and its well-managed gentle tannins and flavors linger for a long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this GSM blend with pork chops with a tangy red currant sauce. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This blend from our Paper Street Vineyard shows clear synergy between the varietals. It pops with bright red fruits; pomegranate and sun-soaked berries from a briar patch. Its supple tannins are balanced and lightened by its acidity on the mid palate. Earth and minerality carry this wine into a lengthy cranberry finish.
