Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a pomegranate and strawberry bouquet with hints of cranberry, cedar, and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with gentle medium acidity. The flavor profile is a light mineral influenced cranberry and red cherry blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of pomegranate and clove. The finish is dry and its flavors and integrated fine tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with steak fajitas or barbecue chicken. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
