Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Oregon opens with a mild gooseberry bouquet with hints of lychee and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with clean and crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a tart lime and white pepper blend with notes of saline and chalky minerality. We also detected hints of light grapefruit, lemon zest and a touch of apricot pit towards the end. The finish is dry and subtly drifts away. Enjoy – KWGTP
