Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is slightly cloudy in the glass. If opens with a fragrant and attractive red raspberry and cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slight acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe red raspberry and spiced plum blend with notes of strawberry and hints of black pepper, teaberry, refined minerality and a touch of oak at the end. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity and faint dusty tannins linger for a bit. This very good and flavorful Pinot would pair well with grilled Norwegian salmon. Enjoy - Ken
