Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a gooseberry and white grapefruit bouquet with hints of white peach and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with zippy medium acidity. The flavor profile is chalky mineral and tart lime blend with notes of white grapefruit. We also detected some hints of saline, lime, and white peach mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with grilled swordfish with a lemon butter drizzle. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Bright aromas of lime, lemon blossom and stonefruit with a refreshing mineral edge. The palate shows good texture and a cocktail of ripe citrus flavors supported by savory herbs. A lively line of natural acidity provides focus to the long and clean finish.
