Wine Review: This classic New Zealand styled Sauvignon Blanc was well liked by all the members of the Tasting Panel. It opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with a hint of tomato vine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and juicy. If you like tart yellow grapefruit, you will love this wine. The panel also detected hints of nectarine, green pepper, lime and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last nicely. The panel recommended pairing this good value Sauvignon Blanc with roasted game bird or a seafood casserole. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Bright aromas of lemon and grapefruit peel and fresh passionfruit. Palate shows lemons, peach and nectarine, but with a lip smacking fresh acidity that keeps you longing for the next glass. The experience is crisp, zesty and refreshing.
